Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How do I handle a product that arrived damaged or broken?
Since we specialize in fragile homewares, we take great care in packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to receive a free replacement.
What is your return policy for kitchenware and decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cookware or dinnerware cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your ceramic and glass products dishwasher and microwave safe?
The majority of our products are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with metallic accents or hand-painted details may require hand-washing. Please check the 'Care Instructions' section on the specific product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Gibson Homewares ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping zones in the near future.
