At Gibson Homewares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all kitchenware and home products are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original Gibson Homewares box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
